Our company has been sending Bud's Chocolate Chip Pies as holiday gifts for clients for five years and counting.  Bud provides great service; personally making sure that every pie is delivered in perfect condition and on time.   And the pies are DELICIOUS!  Year after year, we receive rave reviews from clients thanking us for such a unique and tasty gift.  Prepare to be delighted when you order a pie from Royers Round Top Café!

Ordering

Security: Our ordering system is secured by encryption.  You should see a lock icon on your browser system tray that verifies that the page where you enter credit card information is secured.

 

Processing Time: Your order will be processed immediately after you complete your order on our site.  When your order will ship depends on how long it will take for UPS to deliver the order to you.  We may delay shipment of your order to the following Tuesday to avoid having your order sit in a warehouse over the weekend!

Packaging

All pies ship frozen to ensure they arrive fresh and to avoid any damage during shipment. We've taken great care to develop a freezing and packaging process to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition.

Each pie is shrink wrapped, place in a Royers Round Top Cafe Pie Box with an inset and foan on the top and bottom of the pie. Out of 1,000 pies we have less than 5 that are messed up....and we always take care of replacing them!!!.

If you order multiple pies, you may receive multiple boxes depending on the number and type of items ordered.

Shipping

How: We ship UPS Ground because it is the most cost effective way to ship our products. The products arrive fresh and ready to eat. They should be frozen until the day they are to be served. .

Shipment Details: We ONLY ship out our pies on Monday to all 50 states to ensure freshness. Now for us to do this we MUST have your order placed by 7:00 PM CST. We ship our pies UPS Ground unless specified and will arrive in 2-5 business days depending on where the pies are going. We can also ship pies on Thursday for UPS Next Day delivery on Friday to the other 49 states. We can ship on Fridays for Saturday delivery in most areas...the cost is $55 and over . Note that our shipping schedule will change as we get into the holiday season.

Future Delivery Time: If you requested postponed delivery, please understand that we will do our very best to hit the desired date, but exact delivery dates may vary.

Shipping Costs:

• In Texas, 1-2 Day Service: $11.95 a pie and $5.50 for the next 5 pies to the same address.
• Out of Texas, 3 - 5 Day Service: $16.95 a pie and $9.50 for the next 5 pies to the same address.
• Out of Texas, 2nd Day Service: $26.00 a pie and $14.00 for the next 5 pies to the same address.
• Out of Texas, Next Day Service: $55.00 a pie and $23.00 for the next 5 pies to same address.

Please ensure the shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed delivery if the shipping address is incorrect. Additional charges from UPS for an incorrect delivery address will be passed on to the customer.
