-Goat Cheese Crostini w/red raspberry chipotle,
  and Blue Cheese Stuffed Dates w/prosciutto
Wine Pairing: Louis de Grenelle, “Corail” Brut Rosé, Saumur, Lorie Valley, France NV

 -Gulf Coast Colossal Shrimp: jalapeño cheese grits
Wine Pairing: Menade Organic Verdejo, Rueda Spain 

-Fresh Halibut: buttery orange citrus sauce, arugula salad
Wine Pairing: Domaine de la Fruitiere Chardonnay, Val de Loire, France

-Crusted Peppercorn Lamb: chimichurri sauce, roasted potatoes, fried brussel sprouts
Wine Pairing: Aalto Tempranillo, Ribera del Duero

-Pie: Not sure if you heard, but PIE!!! 
Wine Pairing: Sparkling. Domaine du Viking Brut, Vouvray, France infused with Royer’s pie filling
